Single Workouts

Our single-session options are perfect for anyone who wants flexibility or wants to try our training style before committing to a plan. You can book a standard workout, a session with detailed instructions, or train with us as a partner. Each workout lasts between 1 and 3 hours, giving you enough time to focus on proper technique, intensity, and full routine completion without feeling rushed.

Monthly Workouts

Monthly training plans offer the best value for long-term progress. You’ll receive consistent supervision, structured routines, and personalized guidance throughout all sessions. Whether you train solo, with a partner, or in a small group, you’ll get 1–3 hour sessions designed to improve strength, form, and overall performance across the month.

PED & TRT Coaching

Max Fitness Cambodia also provides educational guidance for those looking to use supplements or enhancements responsibly. We offer fully tailored supplement plans, structured PED coaching, and step-by-step TRT guidance. Our approach focuses on harm-reduction, clear instructions, and personalized support. Clients can choose remote guidance or in-person help depending on their comfort and needs.
